Terms of Use — Fia

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fia mobile application (package: in.xade.fia) and related services operated by Xade Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Fia, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
2. Account
You sign in using your phone number and OTP. You are responsible for keeping access to your device secure. Notify us at support@fia.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Services
Fia lets you discover content, shop, sell (as a creator or seller where applicable), and interact with other users. Features may change; we may suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g. shorts, photos). You grant us a licence to host, display, and distribute that content within Fia and to operate our services. You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or violates others' rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Commerce & payments
Purchases are subject to product availability, seller terms, and applicable pricing at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Razorpay. Refunds and cancellations follow our in-app policies and applicable law.
6. Creator & seller programmes
Additional terms may apply when you register as a creator or seller, including commissions, endorsements, and tax obligations. You are responsible for compliance with local laws for your business activities.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for fraud, spam, or illegal activity
- Attempt to access others' accounts or our systems without permission
- Reverse engineer or scrape the service except as permitted by law
- Interfere with the security or operation of Fia
8. Intellectual property
The Fia name, logo, and app design are our property or our licensors'. You may not use our trademarks without permission.
9. Disclaimers
The app and services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Fia. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or as required by applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. You may delete your account as described on our Delete account page. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
