Xade Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "us") operates the Fia mobile application (package: in.xade.fia) and related services at https://fia.api.xade.in.

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use Fia, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the app, you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect

Summary
- Account & profile: phone number, name, gender, date of birth, optional email, profile photo.
- Addresses: shipping/delivery addresses you save in the app.
- Commerce: cart contents, order history, payment status. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your full card or UPI credentials on our servers.
- Content: photos and videos you upload (e.g. shorts), creator profile information, interactions (likes, follows, reports).
- Creator programme: business/location information you submit when registering as a creator.
- Technical: device and usage information sent to our servers when you use the app (e.g. IP address, app version) for security and operation.
3. How we use information
We use data to:
- Create and secure your account
- Show Discover, Feed, and Store features
- Fulfil orders and process payments
- Operate creator tools and endorsements
- Prevent fraud and abuse
- Provide customer support
- Comply with applicable law
4. Legal bases (EEA / UK users)
Where applicable, we process personal data on the basis of:
- Contract — to provide the app and fulfil orders
- Consent — where you choose optional fields or marketing (if offered)
- Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, and improving our services, balanced against your rights
- Legal obligation — tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements
5. Sharing
We share data with:
- Payment partners (e.g. Razorpay) to complete transactions
- Infrastructure providers that host our API and media (e.g. Cloudflare for video hosting/upload)
- Our backend (https://fia.api.xade.in) for app API and data storage
- Authorities when required by law
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Retention
We keep data while your account is active and as needed for orders, legal, and tax requirements. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain records (e.g. transaction logs) for up to 7 years as required by law.
7. Security
We use HTTPS for data in transit and industry-standard measures to protect data at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Your rights & choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data. To delete your account, see our Delete account page.
You may delete individual saved addresses inside the app without deleting your account.
9. Children
Fia is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age.
10. International transfers
Your data may be processed in India and, where we use service providers in other countries, transferred in accordance with applicable safeguards.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new effective date on this page.
